How can you edit a template monster that has a flash using dreamweaver cs5?

I've bought a template... but dont know how to edit it and make it work...

especially how to make the button work... how to target...

For example... when I click the button "read more" i dont know what to do... Whats gonna happen?
Do I have to create another template?

I find it hard to use a href in cs 5 than in notepad.html... how do you link?
