How can you download a .asp file off the internet?

I am trying to download this .asp file from a website in order to help improve the login page. Here is the URL

I need to download the .asp file itself (with all the code and other stuff), not just the HTML generated by the .asp file that is sent to my browser. Any help would be appreciated.
