How can you build strength and speed with minimal weight gain?

I'm a wrestler, so I need to be strong and explosive, but I have to keep my weight as low as possible. What are some training methods/supplements that could help me with attaining these goals? (I wouldn't mind getting heavier, but I don't want to gain 15 lbs or anything like that)
