...sync them all again? ... or it could be the same method for the iPod as well.

I heard that you could only do it on mac (through iPhoto. Is that true?). I thought you only used iPhoto to transfer the photos that you took on the iPhone to your library...

Because its really annoying having to sync all the photos again, when you only wanted to add last weekends pics or something....
