How can we use facts to prove that there was no dominant civilization during the

The fact that transportation meant walking limited a country's influence to its immediate surroundings. The nations did, however, send soldiers walking to conquer their various neighbors, until the next conquerors came along. Babylon conquered Israel, Iran conquered Babylon, Macedonia conquered Iran, and on and anon...

really simple answer.
Whoever lived in whatever location.
Civilizations were so spread out that, there was no one dominant culture.
It would take months to sail from Europe to India just to get there (sailing around Africa the long way) when they got up the ambition ( & had a good reason)

None of the gods of that era survived long enough to witness the newer ones. Egypt and the Middle East have history way before the first Jewish migration from Babylon, like 14,000 years. The Neanderthal has vanished from the Rock of Gilbratar 15,000 years before that. So, I can't argue "no" dominant civilization. There were dominates -- but their gods, cultures and identities are archeological debates from our viewpoint.

Of course their were dominant civilizations. But only of their particular areas, China was the dominant civilization in Far Eastern Asia. Rome was for a period of time the dominant culture in Europe (unless I am mistaken they took over most of Europe...and I highly doubt that I am mistaken...).

But there was no one dominant civilization which was dominant of the whole world, only of the different cultures known worlds. No one even knew of the existence of the Americas until Zheng He's fleets set out from China in 1421, except of course the Scandinavians who had found Newfoundland and Canada by sailing in the late 1000's Anno Domini.

The same is true with Australia, New Zealand etc. the Aborigines were known only by South-Eastern Indonesians and Papua New Guineans until the Dutch found Western Australia in the late 1500's Anno Domini, which by the way would have made them very powerful if they had not found the barren coasts of Western Australia.

So there have always been dominant civilizations, just not over the entire whole world. Ten points please?? I gave you lots on information....
