TRULY BIODEGRADABLE? Here in Manila, shopping malls and big retail companies have introduced plastic bags labelled as 'BIODEGRADABLE' for costumer use at counters. Maybe good for reducing garbage output, but how could we tell whether those items as well as similar products in the future are real or not?
