How can we say the authors of the Bible are credible?

Throughout the entire bible there is no mentioning of space except for "the heavens and the earth" and the star that the three King's followed. But nothing jumps out in the bible and says "Hey by the way there are billions of other galaxies out there, are world is not flat, and we are not the center of the universe." - these are all things that we know of today to be fact. However, why wouldn't Jesus have told ppl back then about these things? How can we hold credibility toward prophet's predictions such as "he will return on a white horse, and trumpets will be sounding" in revelations when they had no clue about science or that space just didnt consist of sun and flat earth? It's so crazy how we could think that these ppl could make predictions about something when they know VERY little about themselves.
What the hell does the Library of Congress have to do with anything about science or astronomy? Im talking about how the 40 people that you claim wrote the bible didn't have as high of an education as Albert Einstein, Edwin Hubble, Isaac newton , etc. Would you believe someone's prediction about the end of the world when they know nothing ABOUT the world? I wouldn't.*
