Good question and if there was a sure answer to it, everyone would be a millionaire. The best you can do in my opinion is to cut back on your expenses. If you go out to eat 3 times a week, cut back to 2 times. If you go to happy hour every Thursday with the boys, go every other week. Investing in real estate is going to be lucrative because we will see real estate prices at an all time low this year with low rates. Great time to buy cheap income producing property. Look in Florida and areas hit hardest by the recession. There are a couple of good sites I go to for useful info on real estate investing. Good luck.
