How can we help bring the two great companies GM and Ford back?

I know it sounds simple, buy new vehicles, but what can we do as everyday people to help GM and Ford out of their slump? Call me a patriot but I don't wanna live in a nation where I'm forced to buy a foreign vehicle. GM and Ford have vehicles that are more affordable, just as good or even better on gas mileage, have much better styles, and last just as long.
 
You're a patriot alright, for the wrong country.

More than half of GM's current lineup, is made in Mexico and Canada.

Meanwhile, you can buy a "foreign" Lexus that was made in the USA.

So....correct me if I'm wrong, but if you want to support our country, wouldn't you want to buy something actually made here?

Also, do some research.
