How can we get the minimum military age raised from 17 to 18 to 25?

Why you hate the military is unknown but it does show that you do by the questions you have asked.
This country had a draft and decided to go with a volunteer one and it has worked much better.

As that would eliminate most potential recruits, it would probably never happen. Lots of people join the military as a career, to help get into college, etc, and raising it that far would be pointless. My father probably would have wound up in prison had he not joined the military, so it's not a bad thing.
