...and school standards? I'd like to see someone design a modern pirate line.. I can't exactly show up to work wearing a low-cut buxomy wench costume or a tricorn hat. Religious freedom or not, I still have to represent the company I work for. Also, there's the issue of pastafarian wear in schools. As wonderful as it would be to have our children be able to exercise their religion and decrease global warming, I can't deny that full-on pirate regalia would be distracting in the classroom. I'd like to see a pirate-inspired line (and possibly ninja too, to appease the alfredoists) that pays homage to the great buccaneers that came before us and is contemporary enough that it allows for more people to embrace the will of our Great Noodly Master.
