But not a human in another circumstance? The Unborn Victims of Violence Act is a law which defines any unborn child as a homo sapien. The supreme court does not define an unborn child as a homo sapien. So basically, if the unborn child is killed during a crime it's murder. If a woman does not want to take responsibility for her actions and aborts, it's not murder.
