Okay, in Indiana, which is where I live, this weekend, an outdoor stage fell, killing over 6 people already, injuring well over 40 people. I read this in the paper this morning. Police warned people still alive to get to shelter asap. Can someone tell me how outdoor shelter can actually protect you from storms?
How can outdoor shelter protect you from lightning, wind etc?
