I'm 18 n the college that I'm going to requires incoming freshmans to live on campus. I plan to live off campus in order to save about $5000 and in order to do so i have to fill out an exemption form, and it requires that I provide legal guardian endorsement. How does my brother become my legal guardian. And the school does not care that i'm 18. I have to be 21 inorder not to go thru this. Is there any other way to go about this other than going to a lawyer. Kind of broke at the moment.
How can my brother be my legal guardian for school purposes?
