How can Michael Kay have a sports radio show from 2-7 ET if there's a Yankees game at 7?

Kay also works the Yankees pre-game at 6:30 p.m. How is all this humanly possible?

Most of the time, Michael Kay's show is live. However, when he has something else that he's doing, they'll tape a portion of his radio show a head of time and play that while he's travelling to the Yankee's game, and then at 7 they play him live broadcasting the game again.
