Yesterday I tried to update the software on my Sony Ericsson U100i(Yari). I downloaded the software and started the installation process. The first 2 steps were fine, were but it stopped midway through the 3rd step. I thought it would finish installation in some time but it was stuck there even 2 hours later. So I took out the battery and re-inserted it. But even after restart, it was still on the 3rd step and it again got stuck at the same place....
Today I tried to repair it by Sony Ericsson PC Suite. I dowloaded the update on the computer and connected my phone as they instructed but it doesn't seem to work....
Please help.
