Im going thru a custody battle with my ex for our 18 month old son. I work full time and I go to school full time 3 times a week. My final trial is soon and my ex is telling me that I will not win full custody of my son because I don't spend enough time with him but if I don't work I cant pay my bills or childcare and if I don't go to school I cant give my son and myself a better future. My ex does not give me child support once in awhile he will drop off 300.00 dollars to the babysitter and that's it. What should I do?????
How can it affect me being a full time student and working full time affect me in court?
