I have a tow page double spaced paper to write by tomorrow. It is supposed to be a satirical proposal to remedy a situation that is plaguing America today. I need help coming up with some ideas on how to write a satirical proposal (one that is really being sarcastic on a serious subject), and some topics as well. I don't really understand the concept of how to write one.
