How can I watch yesterdays local news?

Hey, I'm in the UK, and yesterday was featured on our local news channel. However I missed it on the TV and want to still see it, i have tried BBC iplayer but it doesn't show 'spotlight' (the news in your area). Anywhere else I can go to still watch it?
