I just finished season 4 of Dexter on iTunes, which offers all the episodes in great HD. Now that I'm used to HD, I don't want to watch crappy online versions of season 5. I know they aren't releasing the season on DVD any time soon, but I'm wondering if there's a way to watch season 5 in HD online?
