How can I view Google Talk iPhone or Android interface on my computer?

There are certain URLs in viewing mobile web pages on computers. For example, Google mobile can be viewed online at
http://www.google.com/m/search?source=talk&hl=en_US&site=universal.
Where can I find any mobile version of Google Talk?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I know the iPhone interface; I need to know how to access the Android view while on my computer.
