How can I video chat On AIM? (Mac User)?

I am on my macbook, and I have a built in Isight Camera. Im on AIM right now trying to find out how to video chat, but i cant find the option too. I could get on Ichat, but i probably wont be able to find it there either. Were is the button to enable Video chat? How do i start video chat? Thanks!
