how can i use my windows mobile samsung code as a modem?

i have the new phone from metro pcs samsung code it is a windows mobile and im sure it can be use as a modem it do not come with internet sharing but i download it and install it but it always show disconnected in the status
the internet sharing that i download was for wm 6.0 and this phone have 6.1 but i don't think it is the problem when i check network connection settings all the things dial up proxy vpn etc which looks like the default settings have a little lock icon at the right
this is all the info i know maybe i have to set up a new connection or something ill give all the points to anyone that can help me is really boring at work
 
Most of the major cell carriers have discontinued "Phone as Modem" services and blocked phone as modem access. They're looking to push people into buying air cards instead.

If your carrier does still allow phone as modem, they may still have you blocked from this feature unless you are paying an extra fee for it. I have not found any carriers that provided phone as modem for free.

Call your carrier's tech support, not CS or sales but TS. They can tell you if they allow it and if it's possible. If the answer to both is yes then I can point you towards some resources online.
