How can I use my Sony Ericsson k850i as a modem ?

How can I use my Sony Ericsson k850i mobile phone as a modem. I know It is possible by USB or by Bluetooth, but my iPod touch 1st gen doesn't have Bluetooth. I want to use it as a wireless Internet router for my iPod touch. But I don't want it connecting via bluetooth. I want it on wifi. How do I do this.
