How can I use Bluetooth to get games and app's for my cell phone?

My cell phone is an LG from Telus. I want to get new games and app's for it, but I forgot how to do it with Bluetooth. If someone can explain how it works with detail I would be very happy! Also, I would appreciate it if someone mentioned a website I could do it on if I need a website.
 
Mobile to another mobile?
Send from mobile to what?
But it would have to have a full bluetooth type on the other mobile
 
the only things you can send through bluetooth are: songs, sounds, videos, and pictures and some phones you can send address book contacts
