How can I upload pictures to Facebook from my phone? (I don't have internet on my phone)?

I don't have the internet on my phone. I just get random numbers messaged to me if someone messages me from Facebook.
So I guess I can't really get the app on my phone.

I know I've done it before, but what's the number I should text to send my picture?
