Your cellphone should have come with a cable to hook up from your cell to your computer. From that you can put all your pics from your phone on to your facebook account just as you do any other pics.
I also think some phones save your photo's to a personal album online which you can send from. But I am not sure if they all do or if I just heard that as an idea.
