The phone I have is completely screwed to put it bluntly, and Bell has deemed it physical damage and refuses to repair it. I now have a completely useless phone and the only way for me to get a new one is to use the $200 upgrade credit that it on my account. (Yes I know this is a horrid idea and binds me to dealing the their bull for an extra 3 years but I don't have the money to buy a brand new phone.) It tells me I have a $200 upgrade credit towards a new phone on an extended 3 year contract, but no where can I find how to USE this credit. A few years ago I'd done it with an old phone that was on my mothers contract and I was able to do it all online and the new phone was shipped to me. Now I can't find how to use this credit or any information about it what so ever.
I've read that others have called Bell about it and then lost $150 of their credit so I would like to not call them if at all possible. Going to a Bell store is also out of the question as the employees not only lied to my mother and I's face, but were completely rude and obnoxious to us so I would not be surprised if they revoked the credit.
Any help at all would be appreciated, this is really frustrating me.
