How can I upgrade my 3.1.2 3GS iPhone to the 4.0.1 IOS?

I've got my SHSH thing in Cydia, I've used the verification exploit before (the one where iTunes thinks it's talking to Apple, but it's really talking to Cydia) to restore to earlier firmwares. Now I want to upgrade from 3.1.2 to 4.0.1 so I can use Jailbreakme, but iTunes keeps giving me this 3194 error.

Really fucking annoying.
