How can I update my HTC Hero to Android 2.1?

I've received the notification about updating to Android 2.1 but chose "Download Later" as I wasn't at home using a wifi connection. How can I get the update now? Do I have to just wait for that notification to come up again, or is there a place to download it onto the phone or onto my laptop then transfer it?
