Its an Iphone 3gs 4.1 5.14.02

How do i unlock it???
I've been trying to figure out for the past MONTH!
Please Please Please
Im not too good at technical stuff so simplicity is preferred.
I should have mentioned this.
I need a FREE unlock
And i have T-mobile
