So today my facebook account was hacked. It said you have changed your password at 3:15. Which I didnt do so right away I knew it got hacked. I clicked the "I dont remember changing my password" and changed my password. I then locked my account thinking it would keep it secure or whatever. That was a mistake. Now I tried unlocking it by getting this email from them asking for this: 1. Verify that you are the owner of the hacked account that you referenced in your Facebook support inquiry.
2. Confirm that you own email address from which you are currently writing.
3. Provide a brief description of the issue you are experiencing.
I answered to this and have received no reply. I do not know how to unlock it or should I wait. Please post suggestions from previous experiences, Thanks.
