hello people just want to ask how i can unlock my se K500i on Orange i have a dcu-11 cable and i just want to no if there is any free ways of unlocking.
I've been searching for the same answer for my K300i, except I don't have a cable... I can tell you though, that to enter the code, you press left, *, *, left when no sim is inserted. Or at least thats how you do it on the K300i.
there is software which will allow you to unlock k500 for "free" but you have the wrong cable you must use a DSC-11 serial cable or a total server usb cable.
the DCU-11 cable is ONLY for ringtone/image/data sync. it's not for any service operations. and the DSC-11 cable is ONLY for service operations NOT for ringtone/image/etc transfer.
Using unlock codes you can unlock your mobile because its safe for your mobile .....but at a free of cost is not possible for your mobile so do not worry about this one you can get a code at a reasonable cost itself..........
