How can I uninstall an app from my phone?

I have a Samsung A887 (Solstice) and I downloaded the Iskoot app for it and now I have no idea how to uninstall it from my phone.
I don't want it on my phone anymore...I deleted it but I want it to be uninstalled and unsubscribed to.
How can I do this?
