How can I understand the statistics discussed in Psychology Journal Articles?

I had one crappy teacher right after another: statistics then research methods.

I always figured the easiest way was to go through an article in class and pause at the method/results to explain what all the numbers and letters mean and relate to.

Do you know of any source that has 'marked up' articles that explain what each instance means?

Good question. Im a Psych major and already took both statistics classes. I also wonder what all the numbers mean in the journal articles and what would be a really significant result if going by the numbers. I usally just follow what the author says about the results. You can also use your statistics book, if you still have one, and see what each statistic means...and even learn to do it yourself :)
