I use Yahoo!Mail, not Yahoo Messenger. The Contact folder lists any contact that is online, so I know who is available so I can converse online. However.......I would like to turn on a sound to let me know when someone sends me a chat message. The only instructions I can find pertain to Yahoo Messenger. How can you configure a sound to alert you to the fact that a contact sent you a chat message? I have sounds selected in Control Panel/Sounds but they don't seem to have any effect. Thanks for any help.
