CC is stuck on and I dont have original remote. TV menu is not helpful.
We tried unplugging and waiting, have tried the CC button on the remote also using combos of the CC button & volume/channel, mute and 0 button to see if that will switch the C1, C2, etc. Nothing has worked yet.
So aggravating! Not even sure how it got turned on!
