how can i trick my house arrest monitor so i can leave?

i am on house arrest
with a gps monitor that i have to carry around,
and a braclet on my leg thats kinda loose so it cant possibly work but motion or pulse
if i cut it that will violate me, it knows if its cut cause it has a thin metal wire thru it all the way around
how can i get it off?
 
Saw your foot off, or use a machete on your foot.

I hope you never find out as you were given that derisory sentence because you're a criminal.
