How can I trick car sensor?

I have a 2000 Dodge Ram and the light on the dash that says "low washer fluid" is lit. However I fill the washer fluid up and it leaks right out cause of a hole in the tank. What I want to do is trick the sensor or something into making the light on my dash turn off. Someone said I can take a paperclip and do it somehow, but I'm not for sure. Any ideas, thanks
