how can i transfer photos from my IPOD to my COMPUTER?

i already know how to get photos from my computer onto my ipod but i dont know how to do it the other way...i need it for FREE. i put the pictures on my ipod from my cousins computer but i want them on my computer please help me! and remember FREE.
