First off, I have a USB cable that connects to the mobile. The mobile is a Motorola Razr V2. So, I plug my cable into the computer and plug the other end into the phone - the first time I did this it asked me to search online (or something like that, it was recommended) for something (can't really remember what it was) but then I think that finished and now when I plug the cable in, all it says on the mobile is "charging" or "charge complete". I want to transfer a video from the phone to my laptop, not charge it!
