How can I track progress for running/exercise goals easily?

I have decided to run at least 150 km, and I have various other goals with lots of numbers, over the course of the summer, and therefore, I need to track my progress. I've been looking at some sites, but most of them only have checklists, and not actual "bars" you can fill, so if I for example run 5km one day, and 3km the next, I'd be able to fill in the numbers, and not have to run the same distance every day. I hope you'll understand and help me out :)
