My natural hair color is a dark blonde/light brown. Right mow I have a permanent medium to light brown on it. I dont wanna cover my entire head again to retouch it because of the chemicals so would my hair stylist have to use foil or what would they have to do? I just don't want it fully on my scalp. Thanks!
