How can I test my server speeds over the WAN while I'm on my LAN?

Sorry for the confusing question but here's some background: I have a home server and dual WAN connections (on a draytek 2820). I also have a web address linking to the static IP of my best connection. I want to see the realistic speeds people would get downloading from my server over the internet (presuming my upload speed would be the limiting factor and not their download speed). When I access my site from another computer in the house it will download the file at around 1MBps. This couldnt be through the internet as my upload speed on that connection is only 2.3 MegaBITS (and 1.3 on the other). So my question is... How can I stop it letting me downloading the file through my LAN so I can see what speed I get through WAN. As this is to test my upload and server setup those simulating line speed programs arent suitable and I'd rather not constantly go somewhere else to test!!

Also if anyone happens to know... How can I make my site use both connections so that people downloading can use the complete upload bandwidth from both lines?

Thanks!
