How can i tell what kind of glaucoma i have, and will i go blind?

I'm 16 i was diagnosed with it less than a year ago when i was getting new glasses. I have odd headaches that seem centered around the eye that has been diagnosed. also im quite sure there is a dull pain in the back of my eye, like someone slowly pushing on my eye from the back. Any help is appreciated. maybe im just getting paranoid.
