How can I tell the sex of my goose plus,,do they or can they mate with other species of

geese? I have a goose, not sure of the sex, and I want him or her to get a mate. Will they mate wirh any other species of geese?? I have mallards and pekins ducks, and they mix,,,I guess, I need to ask how to sex my goose. first!!! thanks!! Any suggestions are appreciated.
