How can I tell my sister in law not to be Racist ................?

my sister in law is a racist. For example; anytime there is a crime in the news and an african american is guilty or charged.,,,she goes
"no surprise he is black"
PLUS
she will tell her freinds not to drive to certain parts of the city , because
"alot of blacks live there"
She is so wrong! I have told her that not all blacks are criminals, but she won't change her actions.
What can I do to convince her?
