how can i tell if my natural hair will be kinky?

I'm currently growing out my relaxer, which i have been getting for only one year now.. and shameful to say i don't know my natural hair state. so far i am one month post, and in some spots of my hair i have tiny curls already.. like a wave then tiny curls, and in some spots of my hair is waves. its not really hard to comb, but the relaxed part keeps getting tangled. thanks in advance
