I think my husband's ex-girlfriend has lifehacked us. I suspect she knows the passwords to many of our accounts (cell phone included.) We have stupidly been using the same password for many accounts. Also, the mistake that trumps them all...we have lots of emails stored in our Hotmail, that confirm our passwords and usernames for various accounts. I don't want to confront her yet or make her suspect that I'm on to her, so I am going to keep my passwords the same for the time being.
We believe that she has somehow found a way to manipulate our phones so that fake texting (SMS & MMS appears on our AT&T website's usage log. I'm hoping someone can tell me if this is possible and if so, how I might confirm my suspicions.
Let me also say that I am 99.9999% sure that my husband is not cheating on me - (I can't *honestly* make myself say 100% because of all of the 'evidence' that I see.)
Oh. One more thing. I'm also pretty certain that she knows our MobileMe info and is changing around our contact information online. When my husband re-syncs his phone, his contacts are moved around and her number keeps appearing in new spots.
Please don't send replies that say he's cheating on me. Even it WERE true, that's not what I'm trying to figure out. I just want to know how she might be doing this (if she really is...)
