There's a girl that I've known for 7 months and we're relatively close. There's a bit of a language barrier since it's an international university (she's Chinese, I'm American) but we both were/are in the same Japanese class now and she's gradually relearning her English again. I guess I'm just getting paranoid because Facebook lies sometimes, but her information says she's interested in women. Also, we've broken the touch barrier since we tickle each other, hug each other (sometimes over five seconds), and we even held hands the other day while walking. She also brought me back a silk scarf from her hometown, Hangzhou, and she adores my drawings as well (I've given a couple to her). And then, a slightly boyish jacket that I own, she said she likes it so I find myself wearing it frequently nowadays, as well as avoiding wearing skirts and feminine clothing (even though my hair is still pinned up pretty, haha...) And my friend could tell instantly that I liked her because all I could talk about was her too, so it was slightly embarrassing, but I felt happy that someone knew as well.
So I wonder, is that a good start? How do I continue along that path of confessing to her that I really like her and if it's a good idea?
